IFA Administrator
Established wealth management practice with a team of highly qualified and experienced financial planners and employee benefit advisers who service both private and corporate clients nationally are expanding their London office.
This would suit a ambitious individual who has started their studies towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. You will work closely alongside advisors to obtain relevant information to enable you to follow up the meetings assisting with adviser paperwork.

- Processing of new and existing life, pensions, protection and investment business.
- Valuation and regular review processing.
- Assisting with commission processing and tracking including bank reconciliations.
- MI reporting and adhoc projects.
- Demonstrating a consistently high level of client care.
- Develop good working relationships with product providers.
- Comply with business and regulatory guidelines at all times.
- Enter and maintain accurate data on all business systems in a timely manner.
- Taking meeting notes when attending adviser meetings when required.
