The Company: Regional IFA business based in Brighouse looking to add an industry experienced Financial Planning Administrator in support of 2 high-performing advisers. Both part-time and full-time applicants to be considered:

  • Office Location: Brighouse, Huddersfield
  • Hybrid/Home Working: 100% office-based

Package: £25-27k DOE + discretionary bonus and full company benefits

  • Benefits: 4% pension, 4xDIS, 23-days holiday + stats & full study support to Diploma via the CII
  • Bonus: Discretionary, paid annually

The Role: Admin support rolesupporting two IFAs from a technical administration and business processing perspective. Duties include:

  • New business processing
  • Preparing client review pack for client meetings
  • Obtaining quotations/valuations
  • Dealing with product providers and managing relationships accordingly
  • Assistance with client business development and relationship management

The Person: The successful candidate must come from an IFA/wealth management/investments management background and have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth focused environment:

  • Essential: 2+ years industry experience within financial services
  • Preferred: A career administrator happy at this level and not looking to progress into paraplanning work
