Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Independent Financial Advisers.

Due to further business expansion, our client are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the business.

Responsibilities

  • The role will involve preparation and maintenance of client files, research and preparation of recommendations as well as ongoing reviews, in line with company policy.
  • Interaction with clients.
  • Undertake product and investment research.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to acquire information.
  • Use analytical software to review client's existing plans.
  • Obtain illustrations.
  • Update model portfolios on investment platforms.
  • Prepare clear, technically accurate and compliant suitability reports.
  • Prepare client reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed compliant client files and records within agreed CRM system.
  • Record any client communication (written, oral or electronic).
  • Full time, office based role.

Candidate

  • Previous experience working within Financial Services is essential, applicants that do not hold previous Financial Services experience will not be considered due to the nature of the work.
  • Experience within pensions and investments beneficial however, not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • The ability to source, analyse and summarise information.
  • Be meticulous and analytical, with a high attention to detail.

Package

  • Basic salary to £35,000 dependent on skills and experience.
  • Annual leave entitlement.
  • Pension.
  • Option to work from home up to two days a week.
