This would suit a ambitious individual who has started their studies towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. You will work closely alongside advisors to obtain relevant information to enable you to follow up the meetings assisting with adviser paperwork.

• Processing of new and existing life, pensions, protection and investment business.
• Valuation and regular review processing.
• Assisting with commission processing and tracking including bank reconciliations.
• MI reporting and adhoc projects.
• Demonstrating a consistently high level of client care.
• Develop good working relationships with product providers.
• Comply with business and regulatory guidelines at all times.
• Enter and maintain accurate data on all business systems in a timely manner.
• Taking meeting notes when attending adviser meetings when required.
