As a Pension & Investment Administration Administrator, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day client administration. Your responsibilities include efficiently handling pension schemes, maintaining high standards of work, and resolving complex issues. You'll collaborate with clients, internal departments, and third-party companies, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely responses to queries.

The salary range for this role as an IFA Administrator is £28,000 - £30,000

Key responsibilities in the role:

  • Process Pension schemes, including transfers, surrenders, retirements, annuities, and investment business, with a focus on SIPP experience.
  • Develop positive communication and working relationships with clients and internal departments.

Requirements:
