An exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator in Wimbledon! Our financial planning team is seeking an IFA Administrator with 2+ years of relevant experience to provide full admin support in all aspects of the financial planning cycle.

Responsibilities include sending LOAs, working with providers, obtaining illustrations, processing new business, providing portfolio valuations, and ensuring all supporting documentation is completed. You will also be responsible for calculating, recording, and reconciling fees, ensuring all action points post meetings are completed, and providing exceptional levels of client service and support.

We are a client-focused business dedicated to providing exceptional levels of client service and support. Full study support is offered for RO exams.
