The Role

Our dedicated Investment Management department is currently looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join the growing team, based in Nottingham.  The individual needs to be highly motivated with a desire and passion for a career within Financial Services.

This is an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to apply their skills and knowledge in a demanding yet supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling client data using our back-office system (Intelliflo office).
  • General administration including death claims, data gathering, withdrawals, client review packs.
  • Managing Advisor’s diaries and dealing with general client administration and queries.
  • Processing new business applications involving dealing with third party providers and communicating with clients.  Therefore, the ability to communicate with confidence is paramount. 
  • Processing administrative changes to client portfolios so a prior knowledge of platforms and their products is ideal, although further training can be provided. 
  • May involve some project work.

To be successful in applying for this role, you must possess excellent client care skills, with an eye for detail and able to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic.
