Our client, a Financial Planning firm with various offices across the Northwest of England, is seeking an IFA Administrator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the team of Financial Advisors and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in developing a career in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in handling new inquiries and prospects, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Address existing client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer care.
  • Ensure that all processes, procedures, and client communications uphold a superior level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition into our services.
  • Coordinate client appointments and reviews as per the schedules agreed upon by the Financial Planners.
  • Respond to client queries promptly and effectively, striving to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the delivery and achievement of client service standards, managing individual workflow and task delivery effectively.
  • Provide assistance and support to Senior Financial Administrators and the Operations Manager in various office administration tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing business posts efficiently to ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain business diaries as required, facilitating seamless coordination of schedules.
  • Handle incoming telephone communications professionally and promptly.
  • Record and manage client data accurately in appropriate business systems and files.
  • Contribute to agreed project activities as designated, supporting continual improvement initiatives.
  • Commit to continuous professional development to meet personal development needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills for effective client interaction, be a strong listener to be able to problem-solve. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience of working within a financial setting is desired along with industry-relevant qualifications (CII, R05, etc.).
