Large IFA Business with £15bn AUM - 3 days in the office after induction

My client are an award winning IFA business with a 20 year track record based in the City of London but have offices across the UK , I have placed 20+ staff within the business over the past few years including most of the management. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and Protections. They prefer to do holistic financial planning rather than transactional pieces of work.

They have built a very good reputation nationally as one of the leading wealth management firms in the UK with over 200 qualified advisers. Their clients are a mix of working professionals, wealth accumulators, business executives, retirees and HNW families with very substantial assets to be managed. The highest net worth cases have over £10m to invest. The business has won numerous awards over many years for their inductions and training for new starters so they can offer comprehensive and 1st class support.

A brand-new role has been created for a Financial Administrator from a wealth management firm. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working in an independent advice firm as an Administrator. The role will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with a high billing financial adviser in the London office so you must have the gravitas to work with a fast paced and dynamic adviser.

You will be drafting letters to clients, LOA’s, LOV’s, creating meeting packs, taking minutes in meetings and preparing for annual reviews. If you have experience using Intelligent Office then this would be highly advantageous. The hiring manager can offer a very secure and rewarding role with £30,000 - £33,000 basic salary and a very attractive benefits package. You will be needed in the office 3 days per week after training and onboarding.
