Salary - £28,000 - £33,000
Job Description:
Capio Recruitment is working with a truly independent financial planning firm on an exciting opportunity for a IFA Administration Team Leader to join a practice in Northampton. The firm prides themselves on providing an industry leading service, with a client first approach. They have an excellent level of technical knowledge particularly around pensions, income protection and cashflow.
The role itself will be managing the experienced support team situated in their Northampton office. This team provides support to the paraplanners, advisers and clients of the business, so they are at the heart of the business structure.
Responsibilities will include management of the team, analysing workload and processes to ensure a streamlined service, alongside highlighting training and development needs.
This role would really suit someone who is an experienced IFA Administrator who has had experience managing teams, and now looking for an opportunity to work with a team of experienced but great people.

Required experience:
