IFA Administration Manager - Manage 6 staff - Chartered IFA Firm - £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary - 3 days in the office per week - Central London

My client is a medium sized Independent Financial Advice firm who I have met and placed 20+ members of staff with. They are an award winning business with an array of titles and reputable awards to their name and they have been operating as a business for over 20 years. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages and some Protections to families, City professionals, accumulators, retirees and SME owners across London and Southeast. The Advisers are generating lots of new business via their unique lead generation system and lots of introducers are passing on new business to them. The business has c.100 staff and a pooled team of administrators and paraplanners and this is growing organically.

As a result of this my client is creating a brand-new role within the business for an established IFA Administration Manager. The role will be responsible for managing a team of up to 6 Administrators. You will ideally have management experience already or aspire to step into a management role. You will be responsible for managing workflows, 1-2-1 appraisals, drafting improvement plans, checking the administrators' work, recruitment, managing workflows and conducting your own senior administration for the Advisers.

My client can offer a very secure and rewarding role, with an excellent benefits package including pensions, death in service and very substantial earning potential. My client are looking to offer £45k - £50k basic salary and working in the office 3 days per week after initial training.
