My client is a medium sized Chartered Wealth Manager based in Central London and due to restructuring of the IFA Support team, are looking for an experienced Team Leader for the IFA Administration team.

The role is managing a small team of IFA Administrators, it is essential that the successful candidate has people management experience within an IFA Administration team. As a manager, you will be tasked with coaching and developing, improving processes, and leading from the front. You must have demonstrable experience working as a Team Leader/Manager in Wealth Management. Knowledge and experience across all areas of Financial Planning support. You will be leading by example and delegating workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and work is produced to a high standard. You will conduct one on one meetings and the wider team. Producing MI reports and adhering to all FCA guidelines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people management skills who is looking to develop further in management in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and who is excellent at delegation, communication, delivery and with excellent attention to detail and good prioritisation skills.
