Our client is seeking an ICT Technician to join their ranks! They are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide technical expertise across a variation of different sites across the south Manchester Area. As part of the ICT team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their technological landscape, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.

Responsibilities:
** Manage and oversee a variation of different school sites in the South Manchester area
** Prioritise workload whilst on site ensuring all tickets are dealt with in a timely manor
** Maintain business relationships with clients remotely and face to face
** Collaborate across teams to address IT challenges
** Ensure system maintenance, security, and performance
** Stay updated with industry trends

Requirements:
** Previous experience in an IT Support role - Educational background a bonus
** Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD
** Able to use MS Office packages such as word, Excel and Outlook as well as O365
** Experience with Windows OS and Windows Servers
** Understanding of DNS, DHCP and wireless infrastructure
** The ability to deal and prioritise workload and tickets
** A Good understanding of SQL
** Networking experience (Routers, Switches, Firewalls etc)
** Must have a UK Driving Licence and car

Role: ICT Technician
Location: Stockport
Salary: GBP 24,000 - 30,000
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5pm) - Hybrid and Flexible working
