Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Full-Time ICT Teacher to join a dedicated team at a Community Secondary School. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and innovative ICT lessons, equipping students with the skills and knowledge to thrive in today's digital world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality ICT lessons in line with the national curriculum, catering to the needs and abilities of students across different year groups.
- Utilize a range of teaching strategies and technology resources to promote active learning and student participation in ICT.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their academic potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the ICT department and across other subject areas to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning practices.
- Contribute to the development of ICT curriculum, schemes of work, and enrichment activities to enhance students' digital literacy.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialism in ICT or a related subject area.
- Experience teaching ICT at secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for incorporating digital technologies into education.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to become confident and proficient users of ICT.

Salary Details:
