ICT Engineer

£29,269 plus 20% allowance for being on call

Working Pattern is 2 days at the Head Office, 2 days out in the Field & 1-day WFH

Must have a Valid UK Driving Licences

If so, I am seeking an ICT Engineer to join a dynamic team. As an ICT Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues for a Public Sector Organisation.

Key Duties:

• Provide timely first and second-line support for all ICT resources,
• Identify and report faults promptly, ensuring efficient escalation and resolution.
• Collaborate with external contractors to address technical issues effectively.
• Work with "thin Client" Technology
• Experience with Microsoft, Exchange, & Civica
