Grafton Banks Finance are working with a successful and growing insurance business in Central London helping to recruit an IBA Credit Controller on a full time permanent basis. Please note this role is a 6-12-month fixed term contract.

The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2/3 years Accounts experience. Full training will be given provided, however, a good Administration background would be essential.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing debit notes from our broker system Novus and sending them to our clients.
  • Produce written and paid bdx from the broker system and send statements to clients.
  • Manage credit control and act on incoming statements from insurers.
  • Submit LPANS through Xchanging experience and send out closings as well.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have IT literacy in Word, Excel, and Email. Highly organised and have a friendly telephone manner. Attention to detail is crucial for this position, and you will need to be a team player with excellent time management skills. Additionally, you will be able to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own work.
