My client is a well-established hydraulic hose repair company. Offering remote 24/7 emergency repairs within a range of industries. Repairing anything from hose repairs to two Tonne excavators to the largest demolition machinery within the UK. The companies’ ability to work across such a large number of clients has enabled them to work with some of the leading companies within the sector. With exciting times ahead, they have purchased a new site and are looking to grow from here.

South East Region – area includes but are not limited to - Croydon, Crawley, Eastbourne, Sittingbourne, Rochester, Kent and Canterbury.
£27,000 - £30,000 Starting Salary (doe)
Fully stocked van, phone, tablet, bonus based on the vans turnover, 23 days holidays plus bank holidays.

The role:

This role is for a hydraulic engineer with an understanding of hydraulic hoses, machinery and has a mechanical mind set. As well as having an understanding of hydraulics, you must have the ability to create business and increase workload, this role is a job within a job. The harder you work the more you will get back in bonuses. This role is for someone who is looking to commit long term and forge a longstanding career and run their own mobile workshop as a business within a business.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Visiting sites and identifying the issue then repairing in a timely, professional manner.
• Increasing customer portfolio and company brand awareness.
• Maintaining your mobile workshop is kept stocked.
• Generating new business and upselling with existing clients where possible.

To apply you MUST have or hold:

• Must have hydraulic experience and understanding.
• Positive “Can do” attitude
• Mechanically minded
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic general knowledge of hydraulic components.
• Full UK driver’s license
• Fantastic level of customer service, being professional at all times.
• Personable character that can represent the business professionally at all times.
• Be able to manage work load effectively and to suit the businesses needs.
