Job Description:We are currently seeking an Entry Level Accounts Assistant to join the team of one of our clients who are in the student housing industry. They are very passionate about what they do and are expanding quickly. Since their start in 2015 they have experienced exponential growth growing to over 160 properties and 40,000 homes! They're looking for a eager and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their team to continue to grow and expand their finance division. They're looking for Ideally someone who is very experience with Excel but are also accepting graduates who are looking to make their first move into finance.

Job Duties:- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Verifying and reconciling invoices
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Responding to vendor inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
- Past experience of Navision (NAV) ERP System
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience within accounts payable is disireable but backgrounds from Administration backgrounds are considered also
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with Navision (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Excel Experience
- Hybird Working 3 days in office, 2 Days at home
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
