This leading Top 200 law firm is offering a Conveyancer the opportunity to join its expanding property team in Leicester.

The Role

You will work on a varied caseload of plot sales and part-exchange properties, where your duties will include:

Draft plot transfers and contractual packages
Prepare sites for sales
Review title and acquisition documents
Address inquiries from various stakeholders
Assisting with ancillary site set-up matters
Oversee infrastructure agreements

About You

Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancer with a background in plot sales. You will also be assisting with the supervision and management of other fee earners, so prior supervision experience would be advantageous.
