Are you a HVAC Engineer or similar looking to join a growing company who can provide you the opportunity and training to become a BMS Engineer?

On offer is the opportunity to join a building maintenance company who operate all over London on a variety of properties including restaurants, hotels, offices and even Westminster. They are growing and looking to take on new engineers to help with new business.

This role will focus on travelling to sites all around London carrying out planned and emergency maintenance for HVAC systems, completing and submitting job reports. You will be working on the building systems for a variety of sites including blocks of flats, office buildings and other commercial premises.

This role would suit a HVAC Engineer or similar who wants to join a growing maintenance company who can provide a company van, a bonus for bringing in new business, overtime to boost earnings and training to progress into a BMS Engineer.

The Role

• Planned preventative maintenance of HVAC systems
• Emergency call outs 1 in every 5 weekends
• Travel to sites around London

The Person

• HVAC Engineer or similar
• F-Gas Qualified
• Happy with travel around London
