Position: HVAC Design Person

Location: Chorley, Lancashire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £60,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experience HVAC Design Engineer for a full time, permanent position based in the North West.

This position will be dealing with the design of HVAC projects for commercial projects that include Hospitals, Hotels etc.

They will be dealing with the design of the full mechanical side of the project that will include the heating, ventilation, air speed, pressures as well as water and electrical requirements.

The right person for this position will already have a strong background within HVAC design who is able to work on projects from £2K up to £5 million.

They need to be a team player as they will be in a team of other design engineers that deal with mechanical and electrical projects as well as cad technicians.

This is an office based role, however there may be some negotiation regarding hybrid working

(This is not a contract role)

Requirements

  • Strong working background as an HVAC Design Engineer/ Person
  • Must have experience dealing on multi million poundprojects
  • It would be a major advantage if this person has worked on hospital refurb and new build projects.
  • Chartered Engineer or holding a HND or HNC
  • Extensive CAD experience
  • Must be willing to go to the office.
  • Experience in dealing with ventilation, hvac, air flow calculations, waterand other mechanical plant.
