We are looking to recruit a Humanities Teacher, to join our School in Bridgwater, Somerset.

We are looking for someone with experience in Humanities.

This can be for a Qualified or Unqualified candidate.

The teacher will have the knowledge and skills to deliver GCSE and BTEC RE, History and Geography.

  • To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for students with support from teaching staff.
  • To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
  • To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
  • Promote pupils’ spiritual, moral, social, cultural, physical and mental development alongside British values in the teaching of the subject.
  • Consult pupils, parents and staff about the subject and its effectiveness, and assess the feedback against the school’s values, visions and aims
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Degree in relevant subject area.
  • To aspire to be an outstanding classroom practitioner.

Elite Employment Dorset Ltd does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
