Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid work
Salary: £55,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner to work for an award-winning Tech company. As a  HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the CPO you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders to shape and execute people plans, driving performance and engagement across various functions. You’ll become a trusted advisor, guiding and coaching stakeholders to lead high-performing teams and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with ELT Leaders to support functional and business-wide strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters and HR policies.
  • Assist in talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives, supporting employee wellbeing and diversity.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and organisational policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HR analytics for strategic decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven HR experience with CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Strong HR generalist background with expertise in employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in both office-based and field-based environments preferred.
  • Passion for staying updated with employment law and best practices.
