HubSpot Operations Manager

6 Month Project

Day Rate - negotiable

UK based role, remote first with central meet ups.

Better Placed are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global digital transformation business as they look to hire a HubSpot Operations Manager for an initial 6 month project (potential to be extended should business requirements change)

The role is remote working, but with monthly meet ups in London/Birmingham/Manchester so you must be a commutable distance from one of these areas.

Role responsibilities;

  • Actively champion the use of HubSpot, supporting best practice methods, driving internal adoption across key stakeholders
  • Drive efficient data capture and lead generation
  • Proactively lead on training and guidance of Hubspot usage across all BUs, coaching on usage
  • Establish processes to increase the efficiency of data capture and lead generation
  • Ensure the organisation is using Hubspot to its full potential ensuring take up of new features and developments in a timely manner

Key requirements;

  • 5+ years experience in a similar HubSpot position
  • A passion for process and data, with demonstrable experience implementing and championing HubSpot in a multi-site company
  • Positive communicator, experience of aligning yourself to multiple teams and stakeholders
