About the Company

A leading firm with international reach and a fantastic culture are looking for HRIS Data Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Working across the broader HR team, you will be responsible for people reporting and analytics. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing reporting and forecasting tools, including designing dashboards
  • Supporting on data projects and the development of new tools
  • Producing presentations and reports to support decision making across the business
  • Ensuring accuracy of data in system and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Providing guidance on best practices and assisting with training

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience maintaining and reporting in SAP Success Factors and a strong analytical skillset, including experience with PowerBI. You will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a specialist role.
