This is a great role for someone experienced in payroll who wants the opportunity work within a hard working, ambitious HR department. The role will include updating the HRIS system to produce a range of reports and offer support to the HR team. Full training on HRIS is available. The core requirements are:

  • Ability to run an end to end payroll function
  • Dealing with payroll queries from staff.
  • Administer the employee's full life cycle: processing starters/leavers on ADP, Maternity and Paternity leave arrangements.
  • Administer all benefits, such as pensions, PMI, death in service, cycle to work, etc.
  • Issuing P45s, P11ds and P60s.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of processing payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain payroll processes to stakeholders.
  • An eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to getting the job done and an understanding of the importance of payroll.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and systems.
