HRIS Analyst

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a highly prestigious US law firm in the city.

This role will see you working as part of a collaborative team to work a range of core HRIS duties focusing on the firms’ benefits offerings. These duties include:

  • Analysing benefits plan utilisation
  • Projecting and analysing benefits spend
  • Developing test plans and performing systems testing
  • Implementing and auditing benefit administration processes and procedures
  • Utilising data to develop and discover areas for enhancement

This HRIS Analyst role is perfect for an experienced systems or benefits analyst that understands back-office HR systems and developing innovative solutions to enhance workflow and performance. You will have excellent analytical skills and HR systems including PeopleSoft. You will be articulate an have an excellent attention to detail.

This is a permanent position with a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits.
