HRBP - West Midlands - Multi Academy Trust- £36,000- £42,000

We are seeking an HRBP for a School Trust that is dedicated to preserving and advancing children's and young people's welfare within the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity with a growing trust, which works with disadvantaged communities, with a goal to improve children's quality of education and life opportunities.

The responsibilities will involve working as part of the Trust's Central HR Team, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the trust.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Conduct weekly meetings with Headteachers and work with senior leaders and line managers to provide HR guidance and ensure a consistent approach to staff management, particularly in the areas of absence management, learning and development, performance management and practical application of policies
  • You will need to have HR casework experience, but don't require education expereince
  • Problem solving and solutions based and assertive when guiding stakeholders on HR matters and personable with a knack for relationship building
  • A HR professional, with experience in managing case work and someone able to support less experienced colleagues in this
  • Ideally at or working towards L5 CIPD
