Role: HR Transformation / Change Manager
Location: West London - hybrid
Salary: £75,000-£80000 + Bonus
  
JGA are partnered with an innovative brand seeking a HR Programme Change Manager to manage a huge implementation project. 

What you'll bring:
  • Implementation / Change experience. 
  • Proven experience in leading HRIS change management. 
  • Demonstrable experience creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans and resistance management plans.
  • Develop training materials. 
  • Good coaching experience.
  • Skilled in stakeholder analysis, risk identification, providing support to senior executives.
