Job Title: HR Technology Administrator - SuccessFactors / AVP

£250p/d (Inside IR35)

My high-profile banking client are recruiting for an HR technology administrator. The role is a hybrid position with work on site 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours.

Purpose of Job
As a member of the HR Technology team in the HR Services section, the HR Technology Analyst will play a key role supporting the SuccessFactors system and Excel-based Tools across the EMEA region:
* Supporting the SF Platform owner and module SMEs to ensure that the system is available, regularly updated and enhanced, and meets business requirements.
* Responding to HR colleagues and employee and manager queries in accordance with the HR Operations support model, escalating where required
* Supporting SMEs with change requests, including carrying out unit testing and updating documentation
* Key participant in bi-annual software releases/upgrades, testing new functionality and performing regression testing on existing modules
* Supporting strategic and high-profile HR and Business change projects that involve changes to HR Technology.
* Supporting critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus Planning & Compensation Review, Calibration and Promotion.

o BizX Platform (including Report Centre and Integration Centre)
o Learning
o Compensation
o Performance & Goals
o Recruitment
o Onboarding 1.0

* Support the maintenance and operation of Excel-based Tools used in HR processes including Performance Reviews, Bonus Planning and Compensation Review, Promotions and Calibration.

* The role's customers include over 3,000 permanent and contingent workers; HR colleagues; SuccessFactors administration teams; Compliance Department; and other internal teams.

* The role-holder will need to build and maintain effective relationships with:
* Functional Performance and Learning Administrators
* IT (in EMEA and Americas) for system and project support
* Compliance Training team
* Third party service providers
* HR Workforce Admin Team
* HR Talent Acquisition Team

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
* Experience in administering, supporting or using one or more SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruitment.
* Some previous exposure to system testing and use of a report writing tool would be an advantage
* Advanced-level Excel skills
* Interested in HR Technology and willing to undertake self-study to upskill on SF applications outside current area of expertise
* Strong customer service focus
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence peers and managers
* Versatile and adaptable and can deal positively with ambiguity
* Methodical, with a good eye for, and attention to, detail
