My client, an international Bank, are seeking a skilled HR Systems Analyst to join their HR Team in London. The prefect candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and support of A new HR system. You will need to have previous experience in implementing HR systems 
This is a 6-8 month contract based in the office 5 days per week due to the nature of the hands on project.

Responsibilities as HR Systems Analyst
  • Source, design, configure, and maintain a HR platform.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Working with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Ensure the successful implementation of the chosen HR system and other HR tech solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support for end-users and HR partners,
  • SuccessFactors or equivalent experience required.
