A fantastic HR opportunity has arisen within a renowned global firm located in Birmingham City Centre within their HR Shared Service Centre. This is a unique role involvinga varied and exciting range of daily tasks working as part of a wider team in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Onboarding of new starters

  • Checking references and right to work checks

  • Handling high volumes of emails via the Central HR email, responding according to the SLA’s

  • Amending employee contracts accordingly

  • Issues letters

  • Ensuring all HR issues are assigned to a dedicated HR Business Partner

Required applicant qualities:

  • Experience in a HR is essential, ideally within a shared service centre

  • Experience of handling high volumes of onboarding

  • Minimum of intermediate level IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities

  • Conscientious and accurate approach to tasks and projects

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as recognise when to seek guidance

This role is perfect for someone who has administrative experience within a HR capacity and must be confident with all aspects of the role as listed above. You will ideally have experienced within a HRSCC within a professional services environment.
