An exciting opportunity has come in for a HR Projects Specialist to assist in my clients’ current projects they are undertaking in order to improve the HR function. This will be a contract role for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months and will be fully office based, 5 days a week in the central London office. This role will also entail a lot of admin work so will require someone who is happy to roll there sleeves up and get the projects completed.

Responsibilities:
  • Updating employee details on the HRIS system that was recently implemented
  • Assisting in preparing the newly implemented HRIS for integrating the payroll system in the coming months
  • Manging ad-hoc projects ensuring these are completed accordingly
  • Supporting on generalist duties including handling any HR queries, supporting onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Managing projects improving the L&D offering in the company

Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Previous experience in an L&D focused role preferred
  • Previous experience managing the payroll or implementing a new payroll system is advantageous
  • Someone with great attention to detail and happy
  • Someone who is a fast learner and a great multitasker
