HR Programme Change Manager - West London - £75000 + Bonus & Benefits
  
JGA are partnered with a well-known brand seeking a HR Programme Change Manager to focus on managing the internal change of the implementation SAP SuccessFactors. Developing Training material and its internal communication. 

Skills required:
  • Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and ability to write training documents on the tool. 
  • Proven experience in leading HRIS change management. 
  • Demonstrable experience creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans and resistance management plans for SuccessFactors. 
  • Able to develop change capability through training and coaching. 
  • Able to complete stakeholder mapping, identify risks, support senior leadership and establish a Change Network.
