One of Cornwall's largest organisations has an exciting opportunity for an individual that has engaged in all aspects of Payroll and HR. This is a global organisation seeking applications from individuals who have gained solid experience across both sectors and are keen to take on their next challenge.

From an HR perspective, you will able to assist with recruitment, employee screening, interviews, appointments, inductions, training and all associated administration. You will be liaising with Department Managers in relation to all new hires, ensuring the induction and training plans are in place and all necessary support provided for new starters.

Additionally, with your Payroll expertise, you will be managing a large monthly payroll and attendance system ensuring all data is accurate and queries dealt with efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities will include submission of P11Ds, auto enrolment, attachment of earnings requests and ensuring all payment deadlines are met.
