This HR Officer position requires a proactive individual who is capable of handling HR duties in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate, provide HR support, and contribute to the strategic goals of the company.

Description

  • Facilitate all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support other assigned functions.

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently.
  • An understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Job Offer

  • An estimated pay rate if £13-15ph / salary range of £27000-£30000 per annum - dependant on experience.
