Looking for that number two role within an exciting SME? Our client is re-shaping the HR function, and as a result are looking to strengthen the team and appoint an HR Manager, to be the number two role in the department. This will suit an experienced HR Generalist who has learnt their trade within a blue chip corporate environment. You will know what good process looks like and be keen to adapt this to a much smaller operational business.

Reporting into the HR Director, this role will own all things BAU, alongside driving key strategic HR Projects that are part of the overall HR agenda.

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Blue chip background
  • Commercially minded HR Generalist
  • Key HR Project experience
  • Planning Strong stakeholder relationship builder
  • Detailed analysis work and reporting
  • Able to engage at C-Suite level
  • Resilient and know how to say "no" if needed
  • Energetic and enthusiastic to make a difference
  • Promote new ideas
  • Ability to cover for the HRD
