**Job Title:** HR Manager

Leading distribution company based in Liverpool. We specialise in providing efficient and reliable distribution services to our clients. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team and manage our end-to-end HR functions.

**Job Overview:**

As a standalone HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities for our distribution centre and office-based employees. This is a generalist role where you will handle various aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and coaching. You will also collaborate closely with line managers and senior leadership to drive HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Coach and advise line managers on HR best practices and employee management
  • Prepare and collate reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on HR metrics and trends.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately
  • Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Report directly to the CEO

**Qualifications | Experience**

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with HR systems and databases
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
