We're excited to be working alongside an educational organisation to assist in their search for an HR Manager to cover multiple sites, on a full time, permanent basis. This role is field based with the need to cover sites across a local, geographical area.

Main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a business partner within the organisation
  • Supporting, coaching and advising line managers
  • Working closely with the HRD
  • Assisting with HR department recruitment
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Line management of 2 members of the HR team
  • Ad-hoc HR Manager duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • The ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Good IT skills
  • CIPD Level 7 would be desirable but is not essential
  • Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to local sites
