Your new role
HR Manager, up to £45k + benefits, permanent, Hereford, construction sector. This is a permanent HR generalist post in a stand-alone HR role. You will be responsible for ensuring the HR practices, policies and processes are effective and efficient. You will support best practice and mitigating risks. You will be supporting management in achieving business goals through the delivery of HR services, including employee relations, HR projects, HR reports, tracking HR metrics and recruitment etc.
