We are delighted to be working in partnership with an amazing business who have exciting growth plans for the next 5 years.  They are now looking to appoint an HR Manager who will be responsible for ensuring employment law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development are applied. Teh HR Manager will ensure the onboarding process is robust, engaging and professional to create a high performance and structured culture and managing the execution of the HR Strategy to ensure achievement of the departments functional objectives.

Reporting to the HR Director, you key responsibilities will include:
• Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and redundancy.
•Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice.
• Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
• Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies, manage talent and succession planning
• Support the recruitment process.
• Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
• Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
• Collaborate with other functional areas and key stakeholders to share expertise, guidance and practice.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is CIPD Level 5 qualified and has demonstrable HR generalist experience coupled with a solid knowledge of employment legislation and it's application.
You will demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication skills together with leadership capability. 

If you are an experienced HR Advisor looking for your first step into HR Management, this could be the role for you ! 

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
