What an incredible opportunity for a first step into HR Management. This role will be a broad generalist HR role and take responsibility for a team of 2 from day one. The company is all about pace, making critical decisions quickly and developing to achieve company expectations.

The company itself is a privately owned rapidly expanding healthcare organization who have PE (private equity) investment and are currently on an aggressive growth plan via acquisition and advancement of their product offering.

Based in Manchester head office just off the M56 you will oversee the full HR function which will cover compliance, policy & procedure management, right to work, recruitment management and will report into the HR Director.

With a current headcount of 100 this will double across 2024 therefore you can be guaranteed your role will continue to expand in line with company advancement.

The ideal candidate will be presently working in a generalist HR role - HR Advisors with management experience would be an ideal candidate (but HR Managers who feel this role is perfect for them are welcome to apply also.) Further funding and training will be given.

What is truly fantastic about this role is you will gain exposure to acquisitions and the integration of new business acquisitions and have an opportunity to truly develop your HR expertise and refine your skill set. A CIPD Level 5 is a minimum to be considered for this role.
