I have partnered with a fantastic client based in Central Oxford who are looking for an HR Manager focussed within the EMEA area to join their diverse team of experts.


You will be joining a busy, global team reporting to the Operations Manager. The focus of this role is to lead a team of Coordinators to with both high quality and consistent employee experience to employees and managers across the globe.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 within the UK and EMEA, with the role focussing on process improvement, overseeing activities such as onboarding, immigration, payroll and benefits and other HR processes.


You will thrive in a busy environment and have the ability to multitask, managing conflicting priorities whilst maintaining good attention to detail. You should have experience of managing multicultural teams or have experience internationally.
