Job description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HR systems
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture and values
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop appropriate training programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

HR Manager Essentials

-Qualification and proven experience in HR
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, labor law, and best practices
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to all levels of the organization
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making processes
