HR Manager

HR Manager for a small population but with the support of an international HR team based in Spain.

You’ll report into the UK MD with a dotted line into a senior HRBP based in Spain. You’ll have the autonomy and support of how to implement the global HR projects around reward, L&D, Engagement Surveys.

Day to day you will support the leadership and MD with the full employment cycle supporting service engineers, and driving forward the organisational and development strategies.

Being a stand-alone role in the UK you will also be comfortable picking up all the transactional elements of HR.

The team are welcoming, down to earth, and friendly.

The successful candidate will have solid HR generalist experience either as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner. Will have a collaborative approach, a high level of interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable dealing with operational and strategic HR.

There are a lot of HR projects this person can take ownership of, and speaking to the team in Spain they are keen that this person be involved closely with them.

As most of the team are based from their Hitchin site they would prefer the person to have more of an office presence but not ruling out occasional home working.

Recruitment process will be 2 stages.

£45k - £50k

10% bonus
