HR Manager

Leading US law firm based in stunning offices is seeking to hire a dynamic HR Manager to join their tight-knit team in London. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the strategic administration and daily operations of the Human Resources team and functions and will involve close liaison with the US offices.

HR Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of London HR
  • Performance management & guidance
  • Oversee staffing recruitment activities, including establishing recruitment procedures and vendor relationships, reviewing and monitoring staffing requirements and facilitate new hire orientation
  • Partners with the Head of HR, Attorneys and support staff in London to develop and evaluate training programs for professional staff
  • Develop and administer professional staff performance management
  • Oversee annual performance appraisal process
  • Support the compensation process in collaboration with the Head of HR
  • Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment activities

HR Manager Desired Requirements:

  • Previous HR Management experience, preferably in a Law Firm or professional services environment
  • CIPD Level 5 certification and / or advanced Degree
  • Knowledge of software programs (e.g., Workday, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
