Are you looking to move away from your standard 9am-5pm routine in the UK, if so we have a very rare yet exciting opportunity to join our team in Guyana, in the Caribbean.
We are looking to appoint a Human Resources Manager, a pivotal part of our Senior Leadership Team you will assist in driving the company's success through effective human resource management.
A unique opportunity based full time in Guyana, this role will require full relocation. We will cover all relocation expenses including the necessary visa / work permits, travel allowance, and accommodation allowance.
We specialise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction solutions for a range of Energy clients globally, therefore it is favourable if you possess such experience preferably within a multinational organisation.

What we need from you:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the Energy EPC industry
- Proficient in policy and procedure development and implementation
- In depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
