HR Manager/HRBP
We’re excited to be working alongside an outstanding educational organisation in their search for a HR Manager to join their progressive and established HR team.
This is a field-based role, supporting multiple sites in the Bedfordshire area, on a full time, permanent basis.
The role offers a mix of operational and strategic HR, where you will business partner with each of the schools in your area, offering a pro-active HR service. With your 2 direct reports, you will work to forge relationships with the Principals of each of the schools, building confidence and trust to work together.

Main duties will include:
- Providing a business partnering service to the schools within the Bedfordshire area
- Supporting, coaching and advising line managers/school principals
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Line management of Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor
- Assisting with HR department recruitment
The successful candidate:
- May already have experience in the education sector or local government, but must feel comfortable in a highly regulated environment
- Demonstrates the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- CIPD level 5 or above
- Experience of Trade Unions desirable but not essential
- Leadership/coaching skills to support a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor
- IT literate
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites
