The role is hybrid but does require flexibility.

Your role will be varied and will entail, although not limited to:

  • HR Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with my client's luxury brand's vision and business objectives. Lead, motivate, and guide the HR team in achieving excellence in all HR functions.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and retain top talent for diverse roles across the organization. Create innovative recruitment campaigns and ensure the hiring process reflects their brand's luxury standards
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated. Handle employee relations matters efficiently and proactively to promote a harmonious workplace.Training and Development: Design and oversee training programs to nurture employees' skills and career growth, enhancing their ability to deliver impeccable service to their discerning clientele.
  • Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems, ensuring consistent evaluation and improvement of employee performance across the organisation.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Review and maintain competitive compensation packages and attractive benefits, reflecting the luxury status of their brand.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, safeguarding the brand's reputation and minimizing potential risks.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various HR-related projects as needed to support my client's strategic initiatives.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role managing a small team.

Strong generalist HR knowledge, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
