Are you an experienced People & Culture professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, creative Studio environment? We are seeking a strategic and operationally-savvy People and Culture Manager to join a growing team. This role is initially a 16 month fixed term contract.

As the P&C Manager, you will be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and solutions to support our talented team in doing their best work. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead all people-related matters and processes, ensuring we have the right talent, policies, and systems in place to drive sustainable growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the P&C strategy in alignment with our business objectives
  • Managing core P&C functions such as recruitment, employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, and payroll
  • Providing hands-on HR support and coaching to managers to build their people management capabilities
  • Cultivating a positive organisational culture that aligns with our values and goals
  • Enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative programs and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Representing the P&C function in cross-functional projects and initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a generalist People & Culture Manager or Senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, creative industry
  • Strong strategic and operational expertise in all areas of people management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation
  • Proven track record of driving positive cultural change and enhancing employee engagement
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Enthusiasm for building and developing high-performing teams
  • Passion for creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment
